To improve the quality of the housing solutions through the definition and implementation of pre and post-subsidy technical assistance, strengthening preparation and reviewing stages of projects and works inspections.

To improve the standards of the housing solutions increasing the resources destined to the common shared housing fund and rural subsidy with the purpose of accomplishing housing units with more surface to them.

To properly encourage the protection of the family patrimony through tools oriented to the development of property responsible of the care and use of social housing unit and the neighborhood as well as its maintenance and improvement.

To implement programs oriented to the recovery of neighborhoods with social and urban deterioration, defining the urgent necessities and prioritizing with the neighborhoods’ habitants the actions and the work plan to carry out.

To decrease the urban shortage through the development, recovery and promotion of urban proyects, preferably on integrated and focalized territories.

To promote the integration and equity on cities through the urban regulation instruments and the promotion of investment and association between the central State, the regional and local governments, the private sector and the citizenship.
