To contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the families of the country according to their citizen diversity and requirements through the definition and implementation of policies, plans, housing and urban development programs that promote integrated and socially and territorially equitable cities that assure bigger and of more quality housing units located in good neighborhoods, that contribute to social integration incitement and inequities reduction.
